The ELFT Improvement Leaders Programme (Wave 13) starts in October 2023 and runs until April 2024. Please find further information below.

If you are interested in applying to be an Improvement Leader you should have already attended Pocket QI so that you have a foundational knowledge of QI. If so, please have a conversation as soon as you can with your line manager regarding the time commitment required for your project and whether they will support your attendance at the course for all workshop dates.

We welcome applications from service users and carers so if you are interested, please have an initial conversation with your local People Participation Lead about what the role entails. Attending your local QI forum (if you don’t already do so) is a good way to see what QI projects are underway in the directorate.

Workshop Dates & Venue

To sign up for the training you must be available to join all workshops dates from October 2023 to April 2024. Our workshop dates will be:

• Workshop Day 1: Tuesday 17^th October 2023 – De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London
• Workshop Day 2: Tuesday 21^st November 2023 – De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London
• Workshop Day 3: Thursday 1^st February 2024 – Venue 360, Luton
• Workshop Day 4: Thursday 14^th March 2024 – Venue 360, Luton
• Workshop Day 5: Wednesday 24^th  April 2024 – Venue 360, Luton
