- Forid Alom – QI Data Analyst (forid.alom@elft.nhs.uk) Forid recently graduated from Queen Mary University with a master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Prior to joining the QI team he has worked for ELBA as a Project Manager tackling social mobility within east London. Forid also sits on the board of Leaders in Community, a charity in Tower Hamlets helping tackle youth unemployment.
- Dr Amar Shah – Associate Medical Director for Quality improvement & Consultant forensic psychiatrist (Amar.Shah@elft.nhs.uk) Amar is a Consultant forensic psychiatrist, with special interest in quality and safety improvement. He has previously worked as a clinical advisor at the National Patient Safety Agency, as part of the Chief Medical Officer’s clinical advisor programme. He is the London regional lead on quality and value for the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. Amar has further qualifications in mental health law, medical education and business administration. Outside healthcare, he devotes his time to his young family and leading a successful children’s charity.
- James Innes – Head of Quality Improvement (james.innes@elft.nhs.uk) James is a pharmacist and IHI trained improvement advisor. He has a clinical background in Psychiatric Intensive Care, acts as editor for the Journal of Psychiatric Intensive Care and is London regional lead for pharmacist professional development training in Mental Health. James also acts a BMJ Quality Expert and is an honorary lecturer at City University.

- Tim Gill– Programme Manager (tim.gill@elft.nhs.uk) Tim Gill 1Tim has gained a variety of experience within the NHS and national government. Prior to joining the QI team he has worked for the ELFT CAMHS team in Hackney, Harrogate and District NHS FT, and most recently for the Department of Health with the Family Nurse Partnership national unit, and as a Policy Advisor for the NHS Provider Policy Unit.
- Emma Binley – QI Darzi Fellow (Emma.Binley@elft.nhs.uk Emma has joined the QI team as the Darzi Fellow. Over the next twelve months she will complete a Darzi Fellowship in Clinical Leadership whilst working as a member of the QI Team. Emma is a registered mental health nurse with a strong interest in physical health. Before joining the QI team Emma was working on an acute admissions ward where she was a QI project lead. In addition to working on the ward she was undertaking an MSc in diabetes in her spare time. Emma also has a strong interest in academia and evidence based practice

- Dr Kevin Cleary – Medical Director and programme director (Kevin.Cleary@elft.nhs.uk) Background and Experience Associate Medical Director (Safety) for the Trust in November 2010. Lead on the Trust’s Safety and Clinical Risk Management programmes. Medical Director for the National Patient Safety Agency. Clinical background in Child and Adolescent Forensic Psychiatry Consultant Child and Adolescent Forensic Psychiatrist
