In January we were pleased to host an External Partners Quality Improvement workshop. Healthcare organisations from across the UK including the Health Foundation, Leeds Institute for Quality Healthcare, Salford Royal and Camden CCG joined the Trust to share their improvement strategies.
Trust Chair Marie Gabriel welcomes people to the event
Healthcare professionals alongside the Trust spent the afternoon sharing ideas on how to deliver improvement, followed by a number of organisations presenting their approaches and case studies. The partners also heard from the QI team who presented the ambitions and achievements of the QI programme so far.
One of the attendees commented that “This was a great opportunity to bring health care professional together in one room to share learning. I’ve seen how QI works and I will take away the importance of service user involvement. Patients are at the heart of the pathways and outcomes should start with patients, I really applaud the Trust for service user engagement.”
Some of the conversations on Twitter are also highlighted below. If you’re interested in finding out more or attending future workshops please get in touch.
