On 26 April 2017 ELFT hosted 150 international visitors on an Experience Day as part of the International Forum on Quality & Safety in Healthcare event in London.
In the afternoon 20 delegates visited Trust HQ to learn more about how we are applying QI to Corporate Services. This presentation was give to explain more about how we use QI methods to improve our communications systems.
