QI Roadshow Series Draws to a Close

Over the last four months we have conducted a total of 26 roadshows at 15 sites across the length and breadth of the Trust.  We have given over 750 staff, service users and carers a flavour of what it feels like to use continuous improvement methodology to tackle quality problems.  And it has been inspiring to see so many projects that were initially thought out in these roadshows turn into actual real life improvement projects.  In Autumn 2014, we will be running a series of bespoke learning events for different groups of staff.
