Congratulations to our Wave 8 ILP graduates!
Congratulations to our Wave 8 – Improvement Leaders Programme (ILP) trainees who graduated on Tuesday 12th March. Over the last 6 months of the programme they have applied their learning to active quality improvement projects across the trust.
At the graduation event, we were delighted to welcome some of our executive team and QI sponsors, who gave words of encouragement and learnt from all project teams. Throughout the day, teams shared their learning and achievements with each other using project posters; you can find some of the projects in the posters gallery and video featured below.
The Improvement Leaders’ Programme runs once a year any one working for ELFT or using ELFT services can apply. Since the Wave 1 in 2014 we have trained around 1000 people in this course, and its predecessor – Improvement Science in Action (ISIA).
