Administrative staff in Bedfordshire and Luton recently asked for development opportunities which could be a catalyst to helping them improve their services. Marlyn Dias, Admin Training Assistant, therefore organised with the QI Department a half-day practical masterclass called ‘Leadership for Improvement – Habits of an Improver’. As a QI coach in training herself, Marlyn didn’t hesitate to co-facilitate the session with Auz Chitewe (Associate Director of QI) on 5th March.
