QI Operations & Programme Lead
Louis joined Sussex Community Foundation Trust in 2018 after graduating from the University of Sheffield in History. He has worked in a variety of roles across the Trust and as he has a passion for improvement he joined the QI dept where he planned and delivered online and in person training, he relished the opportunity to train staff of all levels and believe this is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. He also provided project mentorship in improvement to teams across the trust.
He is really looking forward to meeting the team and contributing to the delivery of the trust QI Programme.
Outside of work, Louis likes to cook and play football and has spent an extended period travelling around India which has inspired his cooking
