Improvement Leaders’ Programme – Wave 16

Wave 16 of ELFT’s Improvement Leaders’ Programme is a year-long programme helping project teams to solve a complex problem that matters to them. The in-person workshop days will support them to learn and apply QI methodology and tools to solve this issue by April 2027. The programme introduces many concepts and tools that teams can use throughout the project’s life cycle. We strongly encourage participants to sign up in pairs or groups to support their learning and ensure they receive the best possible opportunity to embed the learning into their local context.
