The workshop aimed to show how music helps with organisation and leadership skills. Participants explored how arts based learning could be linked to Deming’s Management Rules: Constancy of Purpose; Training on the Job; Drive out Fear; Break down barriers between departments; Remove barriers that rob people of pride of workmanship; Put everyone to work to accomplish transformation.
