Are you signed up for improvement training?

As Wave 1 are now applying their learning to around 60 QI projects across the organisation, enrolment for the next wave is now open. Wave 2 start their training in December, and Wave 3 will commence in June 2015.

Our improvement training is a mixture of online training through the IHI Open School, interactive Web Conferences, and face-to-face workshops and learning sets over a 6-month period.

It’s designed to support people who are running or sponsoring quality improvement projects in the Trust. So if you’ve not already done so, please have a think about how we can improve the quality of our services, talk to your patients and their carers, and use support from the QI microsite and the QI team to start an improvement project.
