Congratulations to our first cohort of QI coaches

In January our first cohort of ELFT staff graduated from the Developing Improvement Coaches training programme. Our QI coaches were appointed in mid-2015 and over the last 6 months have developed their coaching skills through a mixture of training workshops, online learning sessions and on-the-job coaching of QI project teams.

Special thanks to Professor Robert Lloyd, Annette Bartley and Rebecca Steinfield from the Institute of Health Care Improvement (IHI) for developing and delivering this training.
