Over the last 12 months, over 20,000 people worldwide have visited the ELFT QI website to learn about cause and effect diagrams sometimes referred to a the ‘fishbone’ or ‘Ishikawa’ diagram. How much do you know about this tool and can you use one? 

Come to a two 30 minute workshops to learn how to use and create cause and effect diagrams.  The first of two-part sessions will be held on 28th September at 9.00 – 9.30 am. In this half an hour, you will learn how these diagrams can help you understand the root causes of the problem you are tackling in your team, not just the symptoms.  

You will then have an opportunity to go away and practice creating one for a problem in your area of work, before coming back for a second workshop to help explore what you learnt on the 4th October 9.00-9.30 am.
