During the workshop in September we will get you together as a group to discuss your paper and then teach the learning you gained from it back to the wider group of coaches.
Dates for your dairy
This is a 6 month professional development programme. All participants will meet for three workshops over a total of 7 days. Every few months these participants will also get together with other coaches across the Trust for individualised coaching, feedback and support.
If you are interested in becoming a QI Coach please speak with your local Clinical or Service Director.
Induction days:
Choose one session from either, please note that the Induction session will be taking place at Brady Arts Centre, 192-196 Hanbury St, London, E1 5HU
- 10 April 2018, 3.00-4.30pm; or
- 18 April 2018, 3.00-4.30pm
Workshop training days:

- 4-5 September 2018
The monthly directorate QI forum (1 hour monthly) chaired by the directorate QI sponsors
Monthly supervision with Directorate QI Lead from the central QI team
Quarterly learning sessions for improvement coaches with the central QI team (90 minutes monthly). Trust-wide with all coaches, scheduled for the following dates at Trust HQ:

- 7 days intensive training workshop
- 3 Virtual Action Learning Sets
- Quarterly learning sessions with all QI coaches Trust-wide
