Join our next Quality Improvement (QI) learning session for Service users and carers.
During this training you will learn about:
- Basic QI principles and methods
- Current QI projects where Service Users/Carers are involved
- How QI with Service User/Carer involvement has improved services
- How to get involved in a QI project; Big I (Act as a full member of the QI project team) or Little i (regularly consult during the lifetime of a QI project)
- What support is provided to Service Users/Carers

- Service Users and Carers bespoke training to build their skills and confidence in QI, and further enabling them to contribute towards making improvements to the services they use alongside staff.

- Training is a 3 hour virtual interactive session in one day
