Join a quarterly learning session for improvement coaches with the central QI team. These sessions are open to all coaches Trust-wide.

Now that you are receiving 1:1 coaching & support from QI Leads in your individual directorates, these sessions will instead allow us to focus on:

• Getting refresher training on key aspects of QI methodology
• Learning about new advancements and thinking across the world relating to QI
• Networking with your fellow QI coaching colleagues from across the Trust.
• Getting programme level updates on where we are with the QI in the Trust.
