Sign up for Life QI support sessions with the QI department.

• Life QI is ELFT’s learning platform for QI projects and hosts all the QI projects across the Trust
• Life QI has a number of tools that we require for QI projects, including driver diagrams, Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycles built into the platform
• The purpose of the sessions are to support staff, service users and carers to use Life QI, refreshers for those revisiting Life QI after a while and supporting those who may be using it for the first time

These will be delivered virtually using Microsoft Teams every two weeks. Please see the form below for upcoming dates and to book a place on them. Dates are constantly updated.
