All NHS.net users now have access to Microsoft Teams software for instant chat, collaboration and video conferencing.

We have produced a basic guide to Teams here but to assist you further we are hosting some online learning sessions to introduce you to the software and show you how to use it for best effect.

We will be covering the following:

  • How to interact with your team through conversations and chats
  • How to make audio and video calls
  • How to schedule and run meetings
  • How to work on documents collaborative through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

We will be using WebEx for the session, so that during the call we can show you features of Teams.

The dates for these sessions are:

  • Wednesday 22nd April 2020 – 10.00am to 11.30am
  • Tuesday 28th April 2020 – 1.30pm to 3.00pm
  • Wednesday 6th May 2020 – 2.00pm to 3.30pm
  • Tuesday 12th May 2020 – 10.00am to 11.30am
  • Wednesday 20th May 2020 – 1.30pm to 3.00pm
