Trust Priority Areas
All our projects are locally owned and prioritised by staff and service users, based on what matters most to them. However, some problems that teams are trying to solve may not just be a problem for them, but for multiple teams across wider problem across the entire organisation.
To help us support and tackle these particularly important issues we have set ourselves high priority areas for improvement. Big problems that are incredibly important to tackle for our service users.
