A perfect bite-size introduction to Quality Improvement open to all Staff, Service Users and Carers.
Come and join us for 2 sessions to help open your mind on what QI is and how you can make it work for you.

Who is it suitable for?
- Anybody involved in QI work or wanting to learn more
- ELFT staff, service users, carers and volunteers
What are the pre-requisites?
- There are no pre-requisites for this course. All ELFT staff, service users and carers welcome
What is the course length & structure?
- Pocket QI is composed of 2 modules in a class room format
- Each modules is 3.5 hours long
- A face to face cohort takes place over one day
