Are you leading or part of an ELFT QI project? Do you need help with using the Life QI platform?

The QI data team will be holding a series of project consultations around the Trust. You can sign up for 30 minutes of 1-2-1 time with one of the data team where you can learn how to fully utilise the functionalities within Life QI.

This includes:

• Creating a Driver Diagram
• Adding PDSA cycles to your project change ideas
• Creating Run and Control charts on your measures
• Submit your monthly progress update to sponsor report

Please note, this event is only available to ELFT staff, services users and carers.
