The key areas that will be covered in this workshop we will be:
- What is quality control (QC) and how does it interrelate with quality improvement (QI) and quality assurance (QA)
- Implementation and standard work
- Key components required for a well-functioning QC system
- Where should QC be held?
- Visual management approach
- Switching between QC and QI
- Case studies from other systems running QC systems
The masterclass will be interactive and we will spend a lot of the time focusing on a case study where you will be able to apply what you are learning.
