Professor Steve Swensen is the Medical Director for Professionalism and Peer Support at Intermountain Healthcare, and previously Medical Director for Leadership at Mayo Clinic. He has written and researched extensively on clinical engagement, enjoying work and staff burnout. He has led the quality improvement work at the Mayo Clinic since 2005.

This workshop is suitable for those in team leadership roles, and we encourage 2-3 people from a team to come together. (e.g. a ward manager and Consultant psychiatrist, or an operational team lead and clinical lead).
