At the end of their 2024 visit, our friends at the IHI shared their thoughts in a video.

In it they recognised the fantastic progress that the Trust has made with embedding quality improvement into the fabric of the Trust.

They reflected that the Trust has rapidly grown its work around equity, with a real focus on the positive impact that the work has on our local communities.

Also, they were impressed at our people participation work and reflected on how far we have come in this area over the past few years

Finally, they encouraged us to use the opportunities that technology presents to support us in the journey and to use the success and learning of the last 10 years as a springboard for the next decade
