In 2021 the ELFT Improvement Leaders’ Programme (ILP) course includes 5 days of virtual learning sessions, including workshops and Action Learning Sets. ILP is aimed at those who are actively involved in a QI project, it will give people support to learn and apply the QI method and tools to a real-life complex problem.

If you are interested please discuss with your line manager, local Clinical or Service Director, or contact your local sponsor. If you are unsure who your local sponsor is please follow this link to find out.

Once you’ve done that, please use the form at the bottom of this page to register. The deadline for applications is Friday 12th March 2021
