Thank you for your interest in the Improvement Leaders Programme (ILP). Our usual way to deliver the ILP is as a conference style which embodies the spirit and camaraderie that makes it such a success. This is not possible due to social distancing restrictions therefore the ILP will be postponed until the situation changes to ensure safety for all.

We will keep you posted of any developments, in the meantime please keep safe and well during this unprecedented time.

Thanks

Katherine and Auz

Associate Directors of QI

What is the ILP?

The ELFT Improvement Leaders’ Programme (ILP) course includes 8 face to face training days. You can find out more about the content of the course in the side menu.

The ILP is designed to support people and teams to develop quality improvement projects, or support you in existing QI projects. It is essential that you explore opportunities for improvement in your service with staff, service users and carers, and deciding on your area of focus before registering for ILP. Your local QI Forum is a great to place to share your ideas and build support around your QI work.

If you are interested in this development opportunity please discuss with your line manager, local Clinical or Service Director, or contact your local sponsor. If you are unsure who your local sponsor is please follow this link to find out.

The application period for Wave 10 ILP will open later in 2020/early 2021
