Improvement Leaders Programme – Wave 12
09:00 - 17:00 | 11 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 11 January 2023, 22 February 2023, 29 March 2023, 29 March 2023
The ELFT Improvement Leaders Programme (Wave 12) starts in November 2022 and runs until March 2023. Please find further information and the application form below. The closing date for applications is Friday 9th September 2022.
If you are interested in applying to be an Improvement Leader you should have already attended Pocket QI so that you have a foundational knowledge of QI. If so, please have a conversation as soon as you can with your line manager regarding the time commitment required for your project and whether they will support your attendance at the course for all workshop dates.
We welcome applications from service users and carers so if you are interested, please have an initial conversation with your local People Participation Lead about what the role entails. Attending your local QI forum (if you don’t already do so) is a good way to see what QI projects are underway in the directorate.
