Improvement Leaders Programme – Wave 14
09:00 - 17:00 | 17 October 2024, 26 November 2024, 4 February 2025, 12 March 2025, 29 April 2025
The ELFT Improvement Leaders Programme (Wave 14) starts in October 2024 and runs until April 2025. Please find further information below.
If you are interested in applying to be an Improvement Leader you should have already attended Pocket QI so that you have a foundational knowledge of QI. If so, please have a conversation as soon as you can with your line manager regarding the time commitment required for your project and whether they will support your attendance at the course for all workshop dates.
We welcome applications from service users and carers so if you are interested, please have an initial conversation with your local People Participation Lead about what the role entails. Attending your local QI forum (if you don’t already do so) is a good way to see what QI projects are underway in the directorate.
