Face to face improvement training
We are now over subscribed for the first wave of our face to face quality improvement training which starts on the 30th July. This training is being run in conjunction with the IHI and is designed to be practical and fit around your own improvement project. That is why we want everyone attending the training to already have an improvement project that they are ready to work on.
If you couldn’t get onto this first wave of training, or need more time to get your improvement project together, don’t worry! We will be running this course a number of times over the coming years and we are planning the next wave of training for January 2015.
And remember, you don’t need training to start improvement work! Use the QI microsite to help get you started, fill in a project charter and you will enlist the support of the QI team who will guide you through the process and ensure you have the right ingredients in place.
