QI Service User and Carer Steering Group

QI long banner collageThis monthly group provides space for service users and carers to input into and influence the Quality Improvement (QI) programme and projects in the Trust.

East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) Quality Improvement and People Participation teams established the Quality Improvement Service User and Carer Steering Group in 2016

The group aims to support the development of QI programme’s service user and carer involvement work, QI projects covering London boroughs – City and Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets  – and Luton and Bedfordshire; through collaboration between service users, carers, the QI and People Participation teams; to review projects and provide feedback; to initiate QI projects; and to scrutinise project outcomes.

Our Service User & Carer QI Steering Group meets on the third Monday of every month.

If you are an ELFT Service User or Carer and would like to join us please get in touch with your local People Participation Lead (PPL). All contact details for PPLs across the Trust can be found here >>
