Your QI Support

As most improvement work will be happening within individual teams, we have built a support system to reflect this, allowing projects to be ‘sponsored’ within the local Directorates. Each project will have a QI coach and a senior sponsor from within the directorate, with a monthly forum bringing together sponsors, coaches and project leads in each directorate.

Improvement support will continue to be provided by the central QI team. A QI Lead has been allocated to each Directorate, and will provide ongoing support to all projects within the directorate. For a further explanation on the project roles please see below.
