We were delighted to welcome Dr Don Goldmann to our QI wave 2 learning set at Hackney Town Hall this week.

Don is the Chief Medical and Scientific Officer at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and a Clinical Professor of Paediatrics at Harvard Medical School, and he came to talk to the second ELFT cohort of Improvement Science in Action trainees about how to implement credible improvement projects.
