Lessons from a QI Coach: My Improvement Journey

Fenno Outen (Deputy Borough Director for Newham Mental Health) shares his journey with Quality Improvement and what he has learnt about leadership along the way. Fenno completed the Improvement Leaders Programme and the Improvement Coaching Programme, and has been involved in several QI projects throughout his time at ELFT. Fenno shares leadership lessons about collaborating with others, appreciating a broad range of perspectives, understanding variation in performance and engaging with others who are interested in improvement.
