Our first QI Conference

Over 270 staff, governors, service users and external partners came together in Hackney Town Hall on 10 March for a half-day conference. They came to share some of the work that has taken place in the first year of the Quality Improvement programme.

We were delighted to have 37 QI project teams presenting their work as posters. During the event we asked people to vote for their favourite poster with the winning team awarded a lunch on the QI team. All poster including the winning entries are available to view on the conference microsite page.

In a first for the Trust the conference was streamed live to the QI microsite. The video of the event has been viewed over 450 time to date, and the webpage visited over 1200 times during the conference week.
