Successes and lessons from the first year of ELFT’s Quality Improvement Programme.
At the end of the first year of the programme we undertook an internal evaluation to help us understand the factors helping and hindering our approach to quality
improvement: we want to learn how to adapt our approach. As QI is such a
core element of our strategy as an organisation, this evaluation is critical in
helping us learn and improve.
