Having run successful tests of change in various contexts, it was time for our Enjoying Work teams to go through a process of implementation in order to sustain the gains. They studied the six simple stages of implementation and learned how to apply to Plan, Do, Study, Act cycle throughout (Figure 1). They reflected on an example of implementation from an Enjoying Work project run by the Forensics Admin team in Cohort 4.

Over the past 5 months, the QI Department have supported the Enjoying Work teams by creating data collection forms on Microsoft Forms and uploading this data to Life QI monthly. As Cohort 5 comes to an end, this role will be taken on by the teams themselves. They learned how easy it is to add this data to Life QI following this process.
