Thank you to everyone who was able to attend Learning Set 2 for the Enjoying Work Learning System this week. There was a lot of “enthusiasm, collaboration and synchronicity” and an “organic mix” of “ch-ch-ch-change and fun”…♩♪♫♬

Arrange for your Project Lead, Data Champion and Service Lead to join either of these training dates to show them how to use the back-office features of the ImproveWell app. This will be webinar with video and sound so they will need a computer and phone to join. The scheduled link to each webinar are provided, all they have to do is join on either of these two dates:

Anyone in your team can join the training sessions below to familiarise them with Life QI, the platform where all ELFT QI projects are registered and managed. The training will include how to:
- register on the platform
- start a project
- create a Driver Diagram
- upload documents
- create charts
- submit a monthly report
- and many other features including answering

Here is a short clip of the body percussion activity we did with Imogen Dyer from the Arts Therapies Department and Rhia Parker from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
Here’s what you need to do in the action period between now and the next learning set on 18th September:
- Create an aim and driver diagram for your project based on the results of your AI and pulse survey
- Create a Kanban board or similar so that your teams can see what you plan to test, what you are testing & data
- Plan to test at least 2 change ideas between now and the next learning set.
- Come prepared to share your driver diagram, PDSA or Kanban/similar tool.
- At the September Learning set we will be looking at leadership in change and improvement. So please arrange for up to three people from your team to attend including team manager/service lead.
