Enjoying Work Learning Set 4

On Tuesday 16 October we came together for Learning Set 4 of the ELFT Enjoying Work programme. We were delighted to welcome Derek Feeley, Chief Executive and President, Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) to the session.  Derek shared the IHI’s Framework for Joy at Work, and some learning about High Impact Leadership. • The IHI Framework for Joy in Work

• ImproveWell new feature: Retrospective scoring/correction

  You will be happy to learn that the ImproveWell platform now allows users to input their Good Day response retrospectively or amend a previous submission via the webapp which you can access here https://www.improvewell.com/dashboard/#/login – this feature will be coming to the mobile phone app soon. Here’s a brief video demonstrating how to use this new feature:
