Its been a busy couple of weeks for QI at ELFT. Last week our Wave 5 Improvement Science in Action trainees graduated in Bedfordshire & Luton, this week our Wave 6 trainees graduated too!
Our sixth wave of ISIA began in October with a three day workshop at Leyton Town Hall, and over the last 6 months the trainees have been developing real life improvement projects alongside the training.
On Tuesday 21 March they came together for the final learning set to share progress and learn from each others QI projects through presentations and discussions around project posters.
Special thanks to all of our QI project presenters including Adam Sewell-Jones from NHS Improvement for his keynote. If you’re interested in finding out more about the Q initiative that Adam mentioned please find more information on the UCLP website here>>
Adam also introduced the Developing People – Improving Care framework that NHS Improvement have published, you can find a link to that here>>
