Stella and Syeda 003

They form part of a project team to improve the microsite and the quality of QI communications to the Trust and beyond. Here’s a few words from them both:

“Hello! My name is Stella and I have joined the Quality Improvement (QI) project to specifically work with the team on the QI website and communications. I have both used and worked in mental health services.

QI is an ambitious and aspirational project aiming to bring together staff and the community to improve services through collaboration work. Contribution is welcome from everyone. I am hopeful the project will galvanise positive changes and put patients at the heart of the efforts.” Stella

“Hi. I’m Syeda and I have recently joined the QI Team after undertaking the training in the first wave. This further embedded my ambition and drive to work towards building a Trust environment that continuously thrives on trying to be better through change. Within the QI Team we are currently focusing our efforts on engaging more people by looking at ways to improve the communication and QI website.

As a service user and now a worker my vision is simple – to ensure Quality Improvement is at the forefront for all who work and use the services within the Trust. I hope to achieve that through my contribution within the QI team and help to pave the way for ongoing change ideas.” Syeda
