QI Wrapped: Community Health Services London

 16th December 2024

Written by Clarissa Sørlie (Improvement Advisor)

Every December, music streaming service Spotify releases a personalised summary for every listener based on their listening habits over the past year. We’ve pinched this idea with pride and summarised the impact of quality improvement (QI) work in ELFT’s London-based Community Health Services (CHS) in 2024.

Imagine saying "QI wrapped"

This year, teams from across CHS London have used QI to tackle what matters to them and their service users, with outstanding results. Teams have worked hard to improve equity and access to their services, involve service users and carers, improve patient safety, strengthen partnership working and promote staff wellbeing.
