Arsalaan Nazir is an experienced administrative and HR professional with expertise in healthcare and organizational management. He currently works as an In-Patient Administrator at East London NHS Foundation Trust, where he supports ward operations, patient administration, and performance compliance within acute mental health services.
With a strong background in recruitment, transformation projects, and HR operations, Arsalaan has successfully led and coordinated multidisciplinary initiatives that improved efficiency and service delivery. His previous roles across NHS and international organizations have strengthened his skills in stakeholder engagement, data systems management, and quality improvement.
Arsalaan holds degrees in Business Administration and Journalism & Sociology, alongside several certifications in quality improvement, leadership, and customer service.
