Performance Lead
Gemma Blake – Ryder is the Performance Lead in Tower Hamlets Community Health Services (TH CHS) for the East London Foundation Trust (ELFT)
Gemma joined ELFT in October 2008, as an Outcomes Administrator in City & Hackney’s CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services), before being promoted to Administration Lead. In 2014 she became the Assistant Performance manager for Specialist Services, after developing an interest in data and performance monitoring. Then a year later became the CAMHS Performance & Outcomes Senior Data Analyst. Gemma has now been the Performance Lead in TH CHS for 6 years.
Sixteen years ago Gemma joined the East London Foundation Trust with the desire to make a difference to people’s lives in their time of vulnerability and using her honed skills of attention to detail and spotting trends/patterns, continues to do so.
