
Grace Peters
Grace brings with her a strong background in administration and agile project management. She studied Biomedical Science at Kingston University and has used her attention to detail and problem-solving skills to support Change, Digital Transformation, Governance, Process Improvement, and Software Development projects.
She joined ELFT in April 2021, initially as bank, before securing permanent employment. Grace has worked with the City & Hackney Mental Health and Newham Community Recovery Teams.
She aims to provide a customer-focused approach and add value to her team.
In her spare time, she loves to cook and bake. Her interests also include increasing efficiency at work using technology and data.
A QI Coach role involves:
- Coaching QI teams within directorates, meeting with the team regularly
- Deeper knowledge of improvement methods and tools
Their responsibilities are:
- Help engage people and teams in QI
- Support project teams to develop ideas and strategy, using QI tools, and advice on how to complete project documentation
- Support project teams in using QI methodology, including PDSA cycles and data over time
- Provide monthly updates on team progress to sponsor
- Teach and explain the use of QI tools and methods
- Attend supervision with QI lead
