Associate Director of Quality Improvement
Joanna is an Associate Director of Quality Improvement.
Joanna is an AHP by background, with over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare across the UK and abroad. Over recent years Joanna has worked on delivering improvement in Spinal pathways across London, has acted as the programme lead for delivery of the Remote Emergency Access Coordination Hub, a multifaceted systems innovation improving pre-hospital care across Northeast London. Joanna had led and delivered discharge and flow and PSIRF change programmes across Barts Health, as well as building capability and capacity for QI across Barts Health and delivering QI training to post-graduate AHPs across London.
Joanna is a strong advocate of values-based healthcare, committed to ensuring the voices of patients, service users and the community are at the forefront of improvement design and delivery. Joanna is passionate about inclusive leadership – fostering a joyful team environment where diversity of thought and a systems perspective are the foundation of change.
