Executive Assistant - Corporate​

Jones is a Executive Assistant based at Trust HQ and currently support the Chief of Quality, Director of Social Work, and the Medical Director for CAMHS Provider Collaborative, North Central & Northeast London & ELFT Children’s Services.

He joined the Trust back in August 2013 as a Bank Administrator, before securing permanent employment in December with the Safeguarding Children & Adults team.

Over the last few years, he has grown accustomed to problem solving and streamlining existing systems. This has also been the case when they ran successful events such as the Nursing Development & Senior Clinical Leadership programmes and the Trust wide DMT away days autonomously.

Recently he has led Projects within the department, particularly the ‘Enjoyment At Work’ project which was part of  their work submitted on the accredited Improvement Leadership Programme. He is here to continue the QI trajectory where his skills and attributions will be enhanced with the additional support & guidance of the QI Dept.

A QI Coach role involves:

• Coaching QI teams within directorates, meeting with the team regularly
• Deeper knowledge of improvement methods and tools

Their responsibilities are:

• Help engage people and teams in QI
• Support project teams to develop ideas and strategy, using QI tools, and advise on how to complete project documentation
• Support project teams in using QI methodology, including PDSA cycles and data over time
• Provide monthly update on team progress to sponsor
• Teach and explain use of QI tools and methods
• Attend supervision with QI lead
