Kerry Joseph
Kerry, who retired to support her son diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia, actively participates in the East London Foundation Trusts’ People Participation, contributing to various quality improvement projects and training initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health services for users and carers. Kerry is a Lead Assessor for the Trusts’ Service User-Led Quality Accreditation programme. She has been involved in several quality improvement projects and completed the Trusts’ Improvement Leaders Programme. Kerry has delivered courses for carers, led training for service users and staff on ‘How to Tell Your Story’, given presentations at Trust events and the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Kerry has participated in numerous recruitment panels, is a panel member for two of the Trusts’ Going Further Going Together initiative and represents carers at the London Mental Health Learning and Improvement Network.
