Paulina Marchewka
Pharmacist
Paulina joined ELFT in September 2024 as a pharmacist working in Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams. She previously worked in NHS Scotland, bringing with her a breadth of experience and a diverse perspective on healthcare delivery across systems.
Her passion for quality improvement began during her time as a student pharmacist, and she has since undertaken and supported a number of QI projects – most recently focusing on reducing missed patient appointments. Paulina completed both Pocket QI and the ELFT Improvement Leaders’ Programme (Wave 14), which helped her strengthen her skills in leading change and using data to support meaningful improvements.
She particularly enjoys working on clinical projects where she can utilise technology to enhance care. She is especially curious about how artificial intelligence can be used to drive improvement in healthcare and looks forward to supporting teams to think creatively and test new ideas that can make a real difference to patient outcomes
