Creating a set of triple aim measures

You want to be able to identify which changes lead to improvement in your triple aim work, specifically around each element of the triple aim: health outcomes, experience of healthcare and value. Without measurement, which must include citizen feedback, organisations cannot be certain resources and time are being used in an effective way.

The same basic QI measurement tools can be applied to triple aim work. Much of this would have already been identified through the three-part data review when looking at population needs and assets. The scope of measurement may start at focusing on one person in the population then building this up over time.
