Improving the experiences of those we serve is a core aspect of the ELFT Trust strategy. This means focusing on the needs of service users and carers to support teams to improve the deliver and quality of care.
AT ELFT we have run a number on major improvement priorities looking at improving key elements of service user experiences, such as access to services and reducing wait times, violence reduction on wards, and building strong links with the People Participation team, to ensure service users are at the centre of everything we do.
