Annual QI Conference 2015

We want to extend an early invitation to you to attend our first Quality Improvement annual conference taking place in March.

We launched our Quality Improvement Programme in February 2014 and this one-year follow-up will present our work over the first year and our plans going forwards.

The event will bring together staff, patients and senior leaders from the Trust together with external partners, organisations and improvement leaders. It will be a great opportunity to celebrate our achievements so far, meet some of the teams who have been working on improvement projects over the last year, find out about our capability building programme for QI, and help us shape our improvement priorities for next year. It will be an interactive half day so we look forward to lots of input from you.

It will also be a chance for the project leads to share their learning with you and answer your questions. We hope hearing directly about the experiences of fellow staff will prompt you to join the training programme and undertake a quality improvement project yourself. We would like 1-2 representatives from each team in the Trust to attend the conference.

So we hope you will join us at our annual conference to celebrate the great work so far and think together about our next steps.
